Terms of Service

By engaging MediaMonkz for digital marketing services or using our website www.mediamonkz.in, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

MediaMonkz provides digital marketing services including SEO, social media management, paid advertising, branding, website design, and content production. Specific deliverables, timelines and budgets are agreed upon in individual service agreements or proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to accounts, assets, and information required to deliver services
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines (typically 3 business days)
• Ensure all content and materials provided to us are legally owned or licensed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact and billing information

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all creative work produced exclusively for them. MediaMonkz retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential business information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. This includes business strategies, financial information, and client data.

6. Results & Guarantees

While we work hard to deliver exceptional results, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, follower counts, or revenue figures, but we do commit to transparent reporting and continuous optimisation.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. No lock-in beyond the current billing cycle. Upon termination, all client assets and account access will be returned promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

MediaMonkz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous calendar month.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter in the courts of Amritsar, Punjab.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email with 14 days' notice.
